MALAYSIA, 29th AUGUST 2017 - "Prepare for trouble, make it double." Just as quickly as we celebrated us turning one last year, we now find ourselves gearing up for an exhilarating second-year anniversary.

"I'll never forget the first day I stepped into my new office, eager to make a difference in the local fashion magazine scene - which I still am - only with Poh Nee (our former beauty writer) and our own laptops. The rest joined the team along the way and we had the best first anniversary - for me at least," managing editor Monica Mong reminisces.

Therefore, it is our greatest pleasure to present you our much anticipated anniversary issue, this time, featuring a heavy dose of double trouble with unconventional beauty Sarah Abney fronting the cover.

"I still remember that summer afternoon in July when Abney made Attic Studios in New York her playground. We enjoyed how carefree she moved with the latest Autumn/Winter pieces. The rather soft lighting by photographer Yu Cong matched Abney's poses so well.

It has been a great ride the past two years - ups and downs, thank you for all the support and, patience and tolerance, especially to my colleagues," Monica adds.
